Abstract
In this work, the chapter of ISO 9001: 2015, which deals with the planning process, defining the quality objectives and the process of change, is in particular addressed in the conditions of the existence of the risk, which is a unique process. This part of the standard may also be part of planning more complex processes in the life and career of an individual.
