Planning method of quality level & production parameters

Abstract
The article shows that optimal product quality expresses the level of product properties, in which costs for its consumption and production in a quantity that fully satisfies the public need, are the smallest in the fixed conditions of production and consumption. It is substantiated that the method of planning the level of quality of finished products is based on its relative estimation, which allows to determine the economic efficiency of the functioning of the system of quality management. It is argued that it can be used cost-effectively for linking the planning of performance indicators of the enterprise and its production-economic units, and also serve as the starting point for organizing a system for assessing the quality of work of individual performers and labor collectives, etc.
