Total economic reference (evaluation) of the costs for providing the competitive level of products' qualitative characteristics and technical parameters (rules)

Abstract

To determine the economic efficiency (effectiveness) of work to ensure a competitive level of quality characteristics and technical parameters of finished products need to know the exact amount of costs associated with this work. The problem of quantifying costs can be properly solved only with a thorough study of their production and economic nature and scientifically based grouping of these costs. Acquainted with the views of leading domestic and foreign economists, we note the undeniable fact that the above-mentioned works, with all their weight, do not contain provisions that would provide a general production-economic characteristics of costs to ensure a competitive level of qualitative characteristics and technical parameters of finished products. The purpose of this publication (article) is to guide the overall production and economic characteristics of costs to ensure a competitive level of qualitative characteristics and technical parameters (norms) of finished products. The grouping of expenses by the degree of influence of the measures taken on the consumer properties of finished products, in relation to various types of finished products, in place and time of implementation, by articles and sources of their financing serves the theoretical and methodological basis for the organization of subsystems (functions) of planning, accounting and systematic (holistic) economic analysis and assessment of these costs at industrial enterprises and scientific and production associations. Among the prospects for further exploration in this area of development, issues (tasks) related to planning, accounting, peculiarities of integrated (single) economic analysis, estimation and regulation of expenses for providing a competitive level of qualitative characteristics, technical parameters of finished products,are of special urgency.
