Planning of information systems management systems of enterprises using the Scrum

Abstract
The article discloses the essence, meaning and importance of information activity of the enterprise, which is aimed to meet the needs of management and owners of the enterprise in a timely, reliable, structured, qualitative, legally obtained information for the prompt adoption of management decisions regarding tactics and strategies of enterprise effective work. In order to ensure its effective management it is recommended to use the scram to the planning of information management systems of enterprises. The sprint-backlog of information activity of the enterprise was developed according its main technological operations (obtaining, using, distributing, storing information, removing from circulation and destroying data, etc.); the model of planning of information activity of the enterprise by using the scram is offered.
