ПЛАНУВАННЯ ВИРОБНИЧОЇ ПРОГРАМИ НА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ БЕЗЗБИТКОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
O. Khadzhynova. Planning a production program to ensure the break-even activity of enterprises. The article is devoted to the study of models of enterprise production programs planning to ensure break-even activity. The basis for scientific work was the study of outstanding domestic and foreign scientists and their own developments. The aim of the work is to develop a model for coordinated planning of counterparty enterprises’ production programs to ensure break-even activity. Method and methodology of the work - general scientific and special methods were used, in particular, comparisons, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, and the like. This article substantiates the need to introduce a system of coordinated planning of counterparty enterprises’ production activities that should ensure the break-even activity of enterprises. It is proved that in the current conditions of the economy, the interaction of counterpart enterprises is due to mutually beneficial cooperation, and this leads to certain mutual obligations; a list of possible advantages and shortcomings of the enterprise's activity was determined, which is characterized by the specificity of a particular counterparty enterprise. In the article models of industrial activity planning of counterparty enterprises and methodology of construction of coordinated planning system were considered. The use of the model of coordinated planning of production activity allows sequentially and iteratively to solve the following tasks: basic coordinated planning of output in conditions when demand is known; optimal planning, taking into account the randomness of external demand, the results of which are input deterministic parameters for specifying the first; optimization of the systemic criterion of the viability of enterprises by regulating domestic prices for products, ensuring break-even activity. The author proposes a scientific and methodical approach to coordinated planning of counterpart enterprises’ production, which is a complex of economic and mathematical models.
