Podsystem ergonomiczny jako zasób informacji eksploatacyjnej maszyn

Abstract

Steering the process of running requires information assets on ways of shaping the operational original system. As GUS accepted in 2011 that the human factor was the major cause of industrial accidents, there occurs a necessity of supplementing information assets with the knowledge on dynamic changes concerning the human factor. The ergonomic knowledge allows obtaining a complex characteristic on the operation in decisive situations. The article discusses the problem of steering the process of operating composite technical and social systems and it describes the ergonomic subsystem in the process of machines’ design. Therefore, the author presents characteristics f an ergonomic venture that should be undertaken in order to prepare an innovative redesign of machines’ operational systems and obtain a better stability of these systems. The methodology of ergonomic modification of processes of use forms an environment for implementing data from the ergonomic diagnosis to the area of designing technical objects. The need of designing the process of using the machine already in the stage of preliminary construction assumptions comes from the anthropocentric approach. In the stage of technical and organizational presumptions, motives and objectives of operator’s actions, i.e. that is for what is spurring the man into action and what he can reach in the process of his realization, gain a proper statute. The process of ergonomic modification reaches the determined level of ergonomic requirements fulfillments in order to minimize the level of task load. At first, conditions justified with normative requirements must be guaranteed, next conditions resulting from the economic and security needs are provided. The creative research of the system of balance in the work system man – machine requires making experiments of conditions of overload on the experimental workstation. Itallows assessing the efficiency of applied means of information and evaluation of the information reflecting system, as well as training conditions. Acquaintance of the structure of information activities made by the operator allows optimizing conditions for the realization of tasks in difficult situations. It is important in situations, when man, who protects the technological process, functions stimulated by alarm signals and do not have enough time to make a rational decision and when he is overloaded with an overwhelming amount of information.
