Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of P. Tychyna’s poem «The funeral of the friend» which is one of the most remarkable works of his. The paper deals whis genre features, the lyrical character which is the integral parts of the entity of the poem. The peculiarities of the Composition, plot and repetitions as the ways of the embodiment of immortality are studied.
