Political criminality: concept, structure, consequences for society

Abstract
In article, on the basis of the analysis of existing approaches, the understanding of political criminality as corresponding criminological category, also are listed its prominent features is opened. The attention is paid to classification schemas of construction of political criminality. With use of the statistical information the analysis of social and economic, socially-humanitarian, legal consequences of a confrontation in the east of Ukraine and their price for the Ukrainian society is carried out.
