Political forms of state power in the regions of Ukraine: historical and legal analysis

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the historical and legal aspect of the formation of various political forms of the exercise of state power in the regions of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the formation of local government in multicultural regions, in particular, in the southwestern regions of the Odessa region. The political practice of changes in the system of power and political governance that can meet the challenges of globalization, the spread of crisis phenomena in the world social and economic space, the emergence of new actors in the political arena, capable of reflecting the historical, national-cultural, ethnic and other characteristics of each country and individual its regions.
