The process of partogenesis in countries Central and Eastern Europe: main patterns and implications

Abstract
The process of transformation of post-communist institutions of power into the centers of the newest national systems in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, in particular, changes in the formation and functioning of the institution of party building is analyzed. It is emphasized that for party systems, despite positive changes, instability and incompleteness of the process are characteristic.
