POLITICAL RIGHTS OF INTERNAL LEGISLATION IN UKRAINE: REALITIES AND PROBLEM ASPECTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of political rights based on national legislation and focuses on their diversity, based on the Basic Law. On the basis of scientific opinions, the provisions of the current national and international legislation, and also taking into account the results of the author's sociological research, their significance is outlined, on the example of the right of citizens of Ukraine to elect and to be elected.
