Polygamy in the Perspective of Law and Islamic Rights, Philosophy, and its Valuable Principles

Abstract
One of the issues that was common among the tribes and communities centuries before Islam and have not been based on the certain decrees and regulations was the problem of polygamy so that a man could have multiple wives and in addition to it, having seraglio has been common traditions of kings and rulers. Also, creating seraglio was full of honor and superiority among citizens who could afford financial ability. One of the most valuable things that Islam did was that after the acceptance of the problem, it is limited in terms of the needs of human life and put heavy restrictions and conditions for it, in this study, the issue of polygamy for men and its conditions from the perspective of Islamic scholars has been investigated and then philosophy and principles of the legislation have been dealt with according to the interpreters' comments and scholars of religion. Trying to prove the principle of justice in decrees is among the mentioned problem.
