Abstract
У статті розглянуто наукові праці, які присвячено науковому розумінню поняття податкового процесу в контексті «розширеного» та «звуженого» підходів до його тлумачення, виявлено його місце в системі юридичних процесів, спільні з ними риси, що його індивідуалізують. Проаналізовано основні ознаки податкового процесу.
