ПОНЯТТЯ ЗВИЧАЮ В КОНТЕКСТІ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ НЕДОБРОСОВІСНОЇ КОНКУРЕНЦІЇ У СФЕРІ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Abstract
In the article the author investigates the concept of unfair competition under the legislation of Ukraine and the international convention; the content of the category “unfair competition” is disclosed in accordance with the current legislation; the general characteristic of the category “custom”, in particular the usual and customary business practices in legal science, is given; the terms “trading honest customs”, “honest customs” in the definition of unfair competition are investigated; the ways of improving the legal ensuring of implementation by the regulatory authority of foreign economic activity – the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of protection of the subjects of economic activity of Ukraine from unfair competition of foreign business entities are offered.
