PORTFOLIO OF LECTURER IN THE SYSTEM OF WORK COLLEGE

Abstract
Introduction. The problem of formation and development of professionalism is national and public, the decision which granted priority. It is no accident the priority goal of education is not a simple combination of knowledge, skills, and grounded in their personal, social and professional competence - the ability to independently acquire, analyze and effectively use information, the ability to efficiently and effectively operate. Methods. The article highlights modern methods to create a portfolio of the teacher in Mohyliv-Podilskyi tecnological and economic college Vinnitsa NAU, which helps reproduce academic performance, communicative, social and creative activity of the teacher and serve as practice oriented, active approach to managing its professional development. Results. Obtained data indicate that the teacher is main actor of any change in education, that require him reorientation of the new pedagogical value, which in turn highlight one of the major problems in the work of the professional development of teachers - formation of research culture. Discussion. Working with a portfolio management is one of the technologies that support competency zoriyentovnyy methodical approach to work; a portfolio demonstrating promising form of individual professional orientation and self-actualization teacher responsible task of modernization of education.
