Post partum hypernatremia with necrotizing myopathy and CSVT

Abstract

Abstract: The complications in the post partum period can be varied and sometimes devastating. Venous thrombosis is one of the most common post partum event followed by metabolic abnormalities. Here we discuss a patient with hypernatremia, rhabdomyolysis and CSVT occurring during the post partum period.
