Postępowanie fizykalne w osteoporozie pomenopauzalnej – przegląd badań

Abstract
Osteoporoza jest chorobą ogólnoustrojową charakteryzującą się zmniejszeniem masy kostnej oraz zaburzeniami mikroarchitektury tkanki kostnej. Podstawowym celem postępowania u pacjentów z osteoporozą jest zapobieganie złamaniom, zmniejszenie dolegliwości bólowych oraz utrzymanie sprawności funkcjonalnej. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd badań oceniających skuteczność różnych form postępowania fizykalnego w osteoporozie w oparciu o artykuły zamieszczone w bazie PubMed oraz Medline w latach 2000–2013.
