POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION AS A PEDAGOGICAL SYSTEM

Abstract
Postgraduate pedagogical education is presented as a pedagogical system. The relevance of the problem of reforming postgraduate pedagogical education on the background of domestic socio-cultural development was determined. On the basis of the use of a systematic approach and taking into account the theory of pedagogical systems the structural components of postgraduate pedagogical education as a system formation are outlined; their specificity and features of functioning are determined. It is emphasized that consideration of the systemic nature of postgraduate pedagogical education is essential for the modern reform of postgraduate education and adult education in general.
