THE COMPARATIVE DISEASE COURSE AND CLINICAL OUTCOMES OF PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROMES ACCORDING TO DATA OF UKRAINIAN AND EUROPEAN REGISTERS 2009-2015

Abstract
The aim of the study was to compare complaints, basic clinical data, disease course and clinical outcomes in Ukrainian, and Europe groups included in register SNAPSHOT 2009, and local Dnipro (Ukraine) group in 2015 year. The part of patients with typical history (97% vs 63.5%) and ACS with ST elevation patients groups (68% vs 25.7%) were lower in local group in 2015 year. Also the GRACE score decreased from high in groups of 2009 year to median in local group (from 155±36 to 129.4±33.5). Thereafter the quantity of patients without acute left ventricular failure (Killip I) had increased (from 72% till 80%), and one’s with Killip II-III had decreased (from 25% to 17%). Nevertheless the morbidity level was higher in local group than in European and Ukrainian groups in 2009 year. The quantity of complications by hospitalization time had decreased in local group.
