Posttraumatic temporal bone meningocele

Abstract
The authors describe the case of a 23-year-old man, with posttrauma tic tempo ral bone encephalic herniat ion. The patient had experi enced fall fr om height 3 years ago. His surgical trea tment was included with middle ear obliteration. Diagnostic problems and methods of treatment are discussed.
