Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of the functioning and development of the Parliament of Moldova as a state institution. The status of the deputy of the Republic of Moldova is considered, the essence of the deputy mandate (authority) is disclosed. An attempt was made to forecast the development of parliamentarism in the Republic of Moldova.
