ПРОГРАМУВАННЯ І ПЛАНУВАННЯ ЗАХОДІВ ЗАПОБІГАННЯ ЗЛОЧИННОСТІ ТА КОРУПЦІЇ

Abstract
The article defines the principles of programming and planning of crime and corruption prevention measures. It is analyzed theoretical foundations of this activity, programming and planning regulatory acts either at the national and regional or departmental levels. It is indicated that programming and planning of crime, corruption and other manifestation of social destructions preventing measures are the guarantee for correct choice for prevention of crime and its separate types, prevention of corruption, etc., definition subjects’ scope and competence in such activities.
