ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ В СФЕРЕ ВЫСШЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Abstract
The actual problem today is competition in the market of higher education. The article discusses the issue of innovative activity of universities in Kazakhstan in accordance with the objectives of the strategic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Considered innovation in higher education, directions of development. Presented foreign experience of innovative universities. The author's approach to the method evaluation of innovative activity of universities. Developed proposals on improvement of innovative activity of the University. Experience of university of Narxoz also is positive in this plan. In University there is a row of structures that reflect innovative development.
