"THE TEACHER - AUTHOR" AS PROBABILISTIC MODEL OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract

Modern education adopts the humanitarian paradigm. This means that the pedagogical activity is dependent on the subject and the dominance of the subjective personality factor. Professional pedagogical training should be reoriented to the probabilistic model of pedagogical process and teacher. Only then they will be consistent with the logic of the child's mental and personal development. It's a question of unpredictability, incompleteness, inequality, non-linearity of the development process. "The author-teacher" is the new quality of pedagogical competence and a new orientation of pedagogical education. The term "author" refers to the subjective contribution of the teacher to the pedagogical process, the reactive-point level of pedagogical excellence and the professional achievement of the teacher. The author-teacher creates a project of his pedagogical system and a project as a professional. Therefore, authorised pedagogical design and design are an effective tool. In the autonomous space, the philosophical views of the teacher, his beliefs, I- concept, the designed teaching and the methodical system, individual pedagogical techniques, and the experience of creative pedagogical activities are being shaped. The preparation of the author- teacher should be carried out on the principles of creative uncertainty and probabilistic development of pedagogical systems. There is a need to develop the reactive-project competence of future teachers and the need for authorship.
