МОЛЕКУЛЯРНО-ГЕНЕТИЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ШТАМІВ FRANCISELLA TULARENSIS HOLARCTICA, ЩО ІЗОЛЬОВАНІ НА ТЕРИТОРІЇ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
For the first time in Ukraine results of the MLVA-based molecular genotyping of a large collection of F. tularensis holarctica strains isolated from different sources (ticks, wild mammals, water, humans) were obtained and presented. The strains were taken either during tularemia outbreaks, as in the inter-epidemic periods from 1967 to 2017. The retrospective analysis of the data obtained from the study of the genotypic structure of 209 strains of F.tularensis holarctica allowed to identify 47 genotypes (common, long-term persistent, unique) and to establish the genetic diversity of the population of the causative agent of tularemia circulating in various landscape-geographical zones of Ukraine (Polesie, Forest Steppe, Steppe). The features of the genotypic structure of individual strains of F.tularensis holarctica were revealed and the appearance of new genotypes of the causative agent of tularemia in the zones of Polesie and Steppe was established.
