Power electronic devices based on piezoelectric elements: current state and perspectives

Abstract

The analysis of existing designs of piezoelectric elements, methods of calculation and electrical circuits connecting held systematizing technical solutions in the design and use of power electronics devices based on them are given. A comparative analysis indicated the advantages and disadvantages of structures and noted the priority and promising areas of development in electronics, fundamental circuits operate the piezoelectric element in optimal conditions. Based on analysis of information sources there was given a list of applications of piezoelectric transducers and their advantages compared to traditional technical solutions
