Abstract
In the article the authors discuss the development of technological innovations and radical changes that take place in the world, resulting in the transformation of labor sphere (duration of working time, distance employment, occupational safety, the impact of development of artificial intellect, etc.) through the prism of an employee. Attention is drawn to the necessity of developing a single comprehensive program of ensurance of safe interaction of employee with the means of production, as well as to the methods of assessment the physical, psychological and moral requirements to employee which are necessary for a particular type of activity, in order to optimize the human resource.
