Practical aspects of protection of objects of intellectual property rights in the field of industrial design.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the national judicial practice in disputes related to the protection of rights to industrial design objects. The object is research the decision of the courts on the above disputes for the period 01.01.2014–01.01.17. The article contains an analysis of actual court decisions in this area. Practical recommendations for solving the problem of “patent-customs trolling” are offered. The way of increase of efficiency of legal proceedings in the field of IP protection is indicated.
