PRACTICAL QFD METHOD APPLICATION IN PRODUCT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
QFD method is presented in this article along with its origin and possibilities as well as its scope of application. The method was used to test the product which was a single- family house with one-car garage. The test was based on a specific task prepared for developer company for the needs of the market. Thanks to QFD method, used at the stage of product designing, it is possible to plan, build and correct some elements of the building in order to meet all needs and expectations of the potential client. Similar studies including many different cases, but referring to large housing estates may also be conducted.<br/><br/>
