Abstract
The article considers and proposes to practical use the directions for increasing the level of competitiveness of the telecommunications operator in modern market conditions. As an outcome of a quantitative analysis of competitiveness, an integral indicator of the competitiveness of a telecommunications operator, this will make it possible to compare enterprises among themselves.
