Abstract
The paper considers the theoretical bases of modernization processes management in the national economy; generalizes the key theories, the content of which allows to establish the logic and regularities of modernization processes development; is singled out the scientific approaches to the research of modernization processes, which allows to determine the key characteristics of the choice of the modernization model for Ukraine.
