Prakseologia Tadeusza Kotarbińskiego –czy ma wartość dla współczesnego biznesu?

Abstract
An attempt to answer the question whether Tadeusz Kotarbiński’spraxeology has any value for modern business is made. The notion of globalization and its relation to business, the notion of praxeology according to Tadeusz Kotarbiński and his independent ethic are considered and an attempt is made to show the relation between praxeology and independent ethic. In the view of the author, modern business should apply certain elements derived from praxeology as well as independent ethic. Practical application of praxeology without the pre-scriptions derived from independent ethic will not result ina limitation of hu-man suffering but will only contribute tothe realization of business goals.
