Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of professional competencies through practical training in a pedagogical university on the example of one lesson. In the university, in the process of training a specialist, it is practical exercises that play an important role, since during practical classes, students form both general, and professional and pedagogical competences. Theoretical and practical classes will be more effective, if classes are built on partnerships, a relaxed atmosphere will reign in the audience.
