Praktik Serbu di Aplikasi Bukalapak dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract
This study aims to find out sharia economic law against the practice of Buying Pulses for Serbu in Bukalapak application. This study uses descriptive research method of analysis with case study approach. In addition, the type of data used in this study is qualitative data. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu is done by the way the buyer selecting the goods which there is indeed in certain sessions and periods. Then the invaders are required to approve the refund in the form of pulse. Raids can only be carried out once. The draw is conducted after the period ends. The draw is conducted in privately. The announcement of the winner can be seen on the history of Serbu Seru and bukalapak official website. The prize submission is submitted a maximum of 30 working days. 2) In the practice of Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu more contains mudharat-his juxtaposed to-maslahat, then the practice of Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu in Bukalapak Application law is haraam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap praktik Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu di aplikasi Bukalapak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Selain itu jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu dilakukan dengan cara penyerbu memilih barang yang terdapat pada sesi dan periode tertentu. Kemudian penyerbu diwajibkan untuk menyetujui pengembalian dana dalam bentuk pulsa. Penyerbuan hanya dapat dilakukan satu kali per-sesi-nya. Pengundian dilakukan setelah periode berakhir. Pengundian dilakukan secara tertutup. Pengumuman pemenang dapat dilihat pada riwayat Serbu Seru dan website resmi Bukalapak. Penyerahan hadiah diserahkan maksimal 30 hari kerja. 2) Dalam praktik Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu lebih banyak mengandung mudharat-nya dibandingkan ke-masalahatan-nya, maka praktik Beli Pulsa Untuk Serbu di Aplikasi Bukalapak hukumnya adalah haram.
