PRAKTYCZNE ZASTOSOWANIE METODYKI FAA DO PRZYKLEJANIA PRÓBEK KOMPOZYTOWYCH, DO TESTÓW KWALIFIKACJI MATERIAŁU

Abstract
Artykuł ma na celu sprawdzenie praktycznego zastosowania metodyki FAA (Federalna Administracja Lotnictwa - Federal Aviation Administration) do przygotowania próbek kompozytowych, do testów kwalifikacji materiału. Dokonano przeglądu literaturowego na potrzeby weryfikacji postanowień FAA w aspekcie testów kwalifikacji materiału. Przedmiotem badanym była płyta kompozytowa wykonana z włókna węglowego, o wymiarach 30×56 cm oraz średniej grubości 3,187 mm. W artykule porównano stosowane dwie metody przygotowania powierzchni płyt kompozytowych do badań: piaskowanie i szlifowanie. W trakcie piaskowania zmiennymi parametrami był czas (30s, 40s i 50s), ciśnienie (3 bar i 3,5 bar) i rodzaj ścierniwa (mikrokulki szklane oraz mikrokulki ceramiczne). Pozwoliło to na weryfikację wpływu różnych wartości parametrów na jakość powierzchni piaskowanej, a także porównać ją z obszarami szlifowanymi. <br/><br/>
