Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of legal regulation of persons confidential cooperation with employees operating units of the National Police of Ukraine. The article is to study the current state, meaning and significance of legal regulation confidential co persons with employees operating units of the National Police. Analyzes regulations that directly or indirectly regulate the confidential relations with those employees operating units of the National Police. Features of legal regulation of persons confidential cooperation with employees operating units of the National Police. It is noted that cooperation is based solely on the voluntary will of the person who is involved in confidential cooperation. When attracting people to a confidential co workers operating units having unique relationship, the guarantee of the legality of which is their orderliness of the rule of law. Specified on the need to protect secret moral staff workers to the community. As a result, the legal basis of a confidential co persons with operational units of the National Police determined body of law contained in the legal acts regulating the process confidential co persons with operational units of the National Police.
