ПРАВОВІ ЗАСАДИ ВОЄННОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ: ЗАГАЛЬНОТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ ПІДХІД

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the legal foundations of the concept of military security. A legal framework has been defined that at the present stage of state-building regulates the issues of ensuring military security. It has been established that military security can be viewed not only as an integral part of national security or as a state of protection of national interests, but also as a state institution, an institution of state and civil society, a state of a social and military-political system. It is argued that the legal system of ideas and views on the protection of the state, activities aimed at preventing or eliminating military threats, etc., are among the components of military security. The external and internal aspects of military security are outlined. It was determined that, at the level of defense and offensive type of military security, it is necessary to single out a permanent (permanent, continuous) type of military security.
