Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of comparative analysis of legal principles of interaction of state authorities and opposition in Ukraine and the Republic of Lithuania. The legal status of the opposition in the Republic of Lithuania is analyzed. Based on the positive experience of functioning of the opposition in the Republic of Lithuania, directions for reforming the opposition’s status in Ukraine are proposed.
