Abstract
The article investigates the legal ideal because of philosophical legal view. Researched different views of scientists on the content and the concept of the legal ideal. It was established that the legal ideal is the theoretical basis of legal ideology and refers to it as part and whole. The factors in the formation of the legal ideal in the mind. The features of legal ideal proposed В статье исследуется правовой идеал через философско-правовой взгляд. Рассмотрены различные взгляды ученых на содержание и понятие правового идеала. Установлено, что правовой идеал является теоретическим обоснованием правовой идеологии и соотносится с ней как часть и целое. Выявлены факторы к формированию правового идеала в сознании человека. Предложены функции правового идеала.
