Abstract
The article has been devoted to problems of legal status of subjects and other participants of tourism activity. The basic concepts connected with tourism activity have been analyzed and their interpretation has been carried out. According to the results of the research, the author’s position on the directions of perfection of the current legislation of Ukraine in this area has been substantiated.
