Abstract
Статья посвящена анализу правовоспитательной работы правоохранительных органов на примере национальной полиции. Акцентируется внимание на определенных недостатках нормативно-правового закрепления этого вида деятельности и недостаточности практических знаний правоохранителей. На при- мере иностранных государств предлагается внести определенные изменения в подготовку работников национальной полиции, определяется место юридичес- кого образования.
