Prawa pasażera w przewozach autobusami i autokarami

Abstract
Od marca br. obowiązuje rozporządzenie (UE) nr 181/2011 dotyczące praw pasażerów w transporcie autobusowym. Ustanowiono w nim podstawowe prawa podróżnych, a na przewoźników i zarządców terminali nałożono liczne obowiązki. Rozporządzenie to ma zapewnić pasażerom wysoki poziom ochrony, porównywalny z innymi rodzajami transportu. W artykule opisano najważniejsze postanowienia tego aktu prawnego.
