PRAXIOLOGICAL APPROACH IN THE TRAINING OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Abstract
Introduction. The article deals with approaches of scientific schools concerning the interpretation of the essence of the praxeological approach; characterized the essence and functions of the praxeological approach, analyzed the possibilities of using the praxeological approach in the process of professional training of future specialists in the agrarian sector. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of the praxeological approach and its principles in the training of future specialists in the agrarian sector during their training at the agricultural higher educational institution at the present stage of the development of the higher education system. Results. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the possibilities of the use of the praxeological approach when forming the subjects of this process (teachers of higher educational institutions, social workers involved in the process of professional training of future specialists, students) the ability to determine effective technologies for its implementation with optimization of resource costs, as well as the ability to effectively plan and carry out professional activity in the future. It has been determined that the praxeological approach in the training of future specialists in the agrarian sector involves the formation of the subjects of this process the ability to choose effective technologies for its implementation with optimization of resource costs, as well as the ability to effectively plan and carry out professional activities in the future. The prospect of further work is to ascertain, the graduates expected the result of the chosen profession and the desire of employers to receive graduate students in the modern labor market.
