THE ROLE OF REFLECTION IN THE SELFDEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF FUTURE PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
Introduction. Reflexive processes are used practically in all spheres of human activity, and this point confirms the importance of its research. The scientific sources analysis shows that the question of reflection in studied purely. The questions of purposeful formation and activation for a man ability for reflection and the place of a reflection in psychology and its relation to the educational process are actual. Methods. The author used the following methods during the research: analysis, comparison, generalization, supervision and others. Results. The article presents the essence of concept “reflection” as the ability of the person to introspection, judgment and re-judgment of the subject and social relations with the world around and as a part of the developed intelligence of the person; the maintenance of a reflection in educational process is investigated; the reflection role in the course of self-development and professional formation is analyzed. Discussion. The development of an effective technique for determination of level of an expert reflexivness.
