PRE-CONDITIONS AND HAVING A SPECIAL PURPOSE REFERENCE-POINTS OF REFORMATION OF REGIONAL MARKETS OF FREIGHT MOTOR TRANSPORT TRANSPORTATIONS

Abstract
The article proposes an approach to solving the task of development of transport sector of Ukraine that consists in the development of regional markets for freight transport by road. Structural logical scheme for regulating the freight market in the region is presented. There are determined the main benchmarks of conducting regional transport policy by legislative and executive authorities that is aimed at creating equal and favourable conditions for free transportation within geographical boundaries of the region.
