PRЕ-PROCESSING OF EXPERT INFORMATION IN AGGREGATED CONSENSUS RANKING FORMATION

Abstract
The methods for pre-processing of expert information in the problems of aggregated consensus rankings constructing have been studied. The incorrectness of the applied procedures for the initial set of alternatives reduction, which reduces the concordance of expertise, has been demonstrated. A method for eliminating insignificant alternatives based on the concordance coefficient was proposed.
