Preconditions of house building revival by the economic entities in the rural area

Abstract
The article justifies that one of the basic elements needed to get the domestic economic agrarian sector out of crisis and to raise its development efficiency, including realization of export potential, is revival of house building by the economic entities in the rural areas. Besides, prerequisites of such revival, which are based on the active participation of the state in this process, are singled out and structured.
