Fiscal regulation of social and economic development in ukraine: problems and strategic prospects

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to review of financial and economical results of fiscal regulation of social and economic spheres in Ukraine, identifying of possible problems and prospects of further development. The main accent is on the interrelation of state and society through the instrument of social contract, which significant part regulate exactly the questions, which lay in the fiscal sphere.
