Budget support as a method of public regulation of health protection

Abstract
The article deals with sources of formation of financial resources of the health protection sector. This made it possible to identify the priority type of financial resources - budget funds. The theoretical foundations of budget support and budget financing as a method and form of state regulation of health protection were substantiated. The practice of spending the expenditures of the State and local budgets of Ukraine on the medical sector has been analyzed. The order of health protection financing through medical and other subventions was characterized. The main problems of budget health protection were identified and possible ways of their solution were substantiated.
