General winning development trends in wine market

Abstract
The article is devoted to definition of prospects of the world wine market development. In the context of this issue it is investigated the essence of the concept of "development" as an economic category and its main characteristics are revealed. The general state of the world wine market, the volumes of its production and consumption for the period from 2000 to 2017 are analyzed in the article. In the analysis it is revealed the current changes in the structure of the market, as well as Ukraine's share in the world wine market. The main tendencies of the development of the domestic market and achievements of Ukrainian winemakers are investigated. The necessity of innovative activity of enterprises for increasing the efficiency of management is substantiated. The modern directions of innovative activity of the world leading winemakers and the main tasks for activating of the innovation development of market representatives are highlighted.
